Suzuki launches MotoGP Gixxer SF at Rs 110,605, to roll out Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP soon  

In a bid to capitalise on growing demand for race-bred models, Suzuki Motorcycle India today launched the MotoGP edition of the new Gixxer SF series.

Priced at Rs 110,605 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Gixxer SF Series MotoGP variant wears the same livery theme as the Suzuki Racing Blue taking cues from the 2019 edition of Suzuki MotoGP machine, the GSX-RR. The bike also sports the MotoGP colour along with Team Suzuki Ecstar decals and distinctive wheel pin stripes.

Talking about the new variant, Devashish Handa, vice-president, Suzuki Motorcycle India, said, “With state-of-the-art design, high output and a low fuel consumption engine along with an easy to handle chassis, the Gixxer SF series MotoGP edition is designed to impress. Suzuki Motorcycle India received an overwhelming response for the newly launched Gixxer SF series with lot of anticipation about the MotoGP colour.”

The Gixxer SF MotoGP edition is powered with a 155cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder fuel injection, air-cooled SOHC engine with SEP technology, which develops 14.1ps at 8000rpm and 14.0Nm at 6000rpm, promises high fuel efficiency and quality performance.

Meanwhile, the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP edition is to launched in August 2019 with a 249cc, Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) enabled four-stroke, single-cylinder fuel injection SOHC engine that develops 26.5ps at 9000rpm and 22.6Nm at 7500rpm.
